commercial aviation Printed Circuit Boards | Advanced CircuitsAdvancedPCB has been a pioneer in the printed circuit board manufacturing industry since 1989, always innovating to create the best quality, service, and fast turn times with expanded capabilities.  We have grown to become North America’s third largest PCB manufacturer with three state-of-the-art facilities in Colorado, Arizona, and Minnesota.

A strong financial ground and our continuous capital investment in the latest high-tech equipment and systems enable us to offer customers a superior level of reliability with the convenience of valuable services and free tools to aid in the design and ordering process.

Reliable PCB Manufacturing with Hands-On Support

Customers enjoy the full service and attention from the industry’s largest support team with 24 hour live technical support.  Unlike many “no-touch” services, AdvancedPCB’s experienced team of CAM engineers will take the time to perform a detailed review of all customer-provided files to make sure all design rules are met before fabrication for a worry-free process.  All orders are treated as time-sensitive, so immediate communication and full documentation is our priority to resolve any issues quickly.

Advanced Circuit Board Manufacturing Capabilities

AdvancedPCB offers expanded capabilities to meet the most rigorous demands from the mission-critical electronics sector for advanced medical, aerospace, military, and commercial applications.

AdvancedPCB laminates are readily available and sourced from leading material providers like Rogers, Bergquist, Panasonic, Arlon, Isola, and other suppliers.  Our PCB laminate selection is suitable for radar systems, complex microwave & RF, high speed digital, high frequency performance, high temperature, telecommunications infrastructure and many other high-tech applications.

PCB Fab & Quickturn Prototype Assembly Under One Roof

circuit board manufacturer with assemblyGet turn-key printed circuit boards manufactured and assembled as fast as one day.  Our quickturn PCB Assembly Service is great for small quantity prototyping.  Finished printed circuit boards flow seamlessly from quality control to our Assembly Department without the need to have them sipped to a third party for assembly.

We offer three easy options for parts procurement.  You can (1) send us all of the parts for assembly, (2) send only some of the parts and let us source the rest for assembly, or (3) let us source all the parts for assembly.

After you place your PCB order, starting the PCB Assembly ordering process is as easy as calling your sales representative, and they will guide you through every step of the process.

Trends in Circuit Board Design

The circuit board has been with us for a very long time at this point. It’s tempting to think that because they so closely resemble the generations that came before, today’s circuit boards are not all that different from what they once were. However, from the materials available to heat resistance, from transfer rates to size, circuit boards have evolved a great deal over time.
